HOW DO I DECIDE WHICH PRODUCT TO CHOOSE?
This one doesn’t contain caffeine, but it has added fat burning agents that are non-stimulant. If you have fat loss as a goalbut you’re sensitive to caffeine this is perfect to enhance your recovery & results.

Gaspari  HYPER AMINO OR Gaspari AMINOLAST
HOW IMPORTANT IS THIS SUPPLEMENT?

Aminolast doesn’t contain caffeine, but still provides all the recovery & results benefits. If you’re caffeine sensitive pick this one.

I use both options. Strawberry Kiwi or Gummy Candy flavours. HYPER is perfect for a morning wake up!

AMINOLAST is my go to during my workout when it may be too late in the day to have caffeine in the HYPER.

GASPARI ISOFUSION PROTEIN POWDER ISOLATE
HOW IMPORTANT IS THIS SUPPLEMENT?
8/10.
You can get your daily protein intake without using a protein powder – but it won’t be quite as delicious or convenient. If you are a Vegan or Lactose intollerant & do not wish to use a protein that is derived from whey (dairy) you can choose a protein powder made from rice or pea protein etc (but they are typically much lower quality & nowhere near this level on taste/texture). However, the ISOFUSION is so pure that it is highly unlikely to aggravate dairy intolerance (as intolerances are usually derived from the part of the milk removed from ISOFUSION).

WHAT DOES THIS DO?
Using a protein powder is a very effective (& delicious) way to get in your daily protein intake. Protein intake is very important if you want to sculpt a tight & toned body. It’s an essential building block to gaining muscle.

Isolate is the purest form of protein powder available. The carbs are slightly lower than the BEST Protein & the body utilizes this very pure protein super quickly. This one is ever so slightly more expensive. Either is a perfect choice for this project.

HOW IMPORTANT IS THIS SUPPLEMENT?
9/10.
I personally think that it is smart to take a multi-vitamin all the time even though we do try to eat a diet rich in micronutrients just in case you are slightly lacking in anything that could affect your performance and results.

WHAT DOES THIS DO?
Making sure you’re not lacking in any essentials will ensure you see the best results possible (whether fat loss or building muscle) from your hard work!

WHEN DO I TAKE THIS? HOW MUCH DO I TAKE?
3 tablets.

HOW DO I DECIDE WHICH PRODUCT TO CHOOSE?
This is a very good supplement & I really think one of the most important.

HOW IMPORTANT IS THIS SUPPLEMENT?

If you feel you need a real boost before training so that you can really kill it in the gym this is a great addition!

WHAT DOES THIS DO?
Massive boost in energy & enhanced pereformance in the gym! You will get a better pump too!

WHEN DO I TAKE THIS? HOW MUCH DO I TAKE?
1 scoop before training. Start with ½ a scoop if you’re sensitive to caffeine/stimulants.

HOW DO I DECIDE WHICH PRODUCT TO CHOOSE?
I would say this an “extra” if your budget allows. I prefer to use the HYPER AMINO for a pre-workout boost, but SUPER PUMP is stronger if you really need a kick up the butt!

½ a scoop for me is an awesome pre-workout boost! There is no betaalanine in this pre-workout (like most others) so it won’t give you those awful full body tingles!

CREATINE

HOW IMPORTANT IS THIS SUPPLEMENT?

This is a scientifically proven way to get your results more efficiently.

WHAT DOES THIS DO?

Creatine really helps when it comes to you ability to build muscle & to have tight & hard muscle. Creatine acts directly with our bodies ATP processes & can really give you a leg up

WHEN DO I TAKE THIS? AND HOW MUCH DO I TAKE?

Add 1 serving to your water before, during and after training for the absolute best results.

WHY CHOOSE THIS ONE?

This is a very good supplement & if you are able to afford to add it in!

Garcinia & Carnitine

HOW IMPORTANT IS THIS SUPPLEMENT?

7/10. Garcinia & Carntine are both proven fat loss agents. This combination really helps to shift your body to utilising stored fat. This is a non-stimulant so you can use it alongside other stimulant fat loss tools.

WHAT DOES THIS DO?

Whilst not “necessary” to lose body fat, these compounds are scientifically proven to increase your ability to lose fat. If your budget allows I would highly recommend this.

WHEN DO I TAKE THIS? AND HOW MUCH DO I TAKE?

1 tablet, twice daily. I recommend taking one in the morning when you wake & one 30-45 min before your largest meal.

Garcinia & Carnitine 

WHY CHOOSE THIS ONE?

If you’re sensitive to caffine but want a proven fat loss support agent, this is a great choice.

HOW IMPORTANT IS THIS SUPPLEMENT?

7/10.

This is a scientifically forumlated weight loss agent. It is a strong but safe fat burner & promotes long-lasting energy. This does contain caffeine so do not exceed the recommended dose.

WHAT DOES THIS DO?

This supplement will boost your energy & your fat loss. If you can justify the little extra cost I certainly recommend it to make a for a potent fat loss supplement stack!

WHEN DO I TAKE THIS? AND HOW MUCH DO I TAKE?

1 capsule per day, on waking (on an empty stomach).

Roxy Lean  

WHY CHOOSE THIS ONE?

If you want serious fat loss & you arent sensitive to caffine I know you will love this product!

I absolutely love the energy rush I get from Roxy Lean. It gives me a great boost to kick butt all day long!

Nite Burn

HOW IMPORTANT IS THIS SUPPLEMENT?

7/10.

This is a weight loss & appeptite support agent that also contains ingredients to promote a deep & restful sleep

WHAT DOES THIS DO?

This supplement really helps you to get a deeper sleep which is super important when it comes to achiebving your fat loss goals. If you can justify the little extra cost I certainly recommend it to give you round the clock fat loss support.

WHEN DO I TAKE THIS? AND HOW MUCH DO I TAKE?

1 capsules around 30 minutes before bed.

Nite Burn

WHY CHOOSE THIS ONE?

For a small cost, you will really reap the benefits of improved sleep & therefore enhanced fat loss results.

I am not the best sleeper, but I have found since recently incorporating this my sleep quality has been much better!
