BPI Sports Vanilla Cookie Protein Slice


πŸ’™ 300g raw almonds

πŸ’™ 100g oats

πŸ’™ 2 scoops of BPI Sports Vanilla Cookie ISO HD

πŸ’™ 1 heaped TBSP natural almond butter

πŸ’™ A little bit of water


πŸ’™Process almonds & oats in the food processor until finely ground.

πŸ’™ Add protein powder & process again.

πŸ’™ Add almond butter & water (starting with a very small amount, about 1/8 of a cup) & process again. Add water as needed processing in between till you have a delicious dough.

πŸ’™ Press into a dish & freeze to set for about an hour.

πŸ’™ Slice it up & try not to eat it all at once!

I also love to add shredded coconut or medjool dates to this recipe. You can try it using other nuts (it’s delicious with cashews) or any other fruit. I also will often add some flavoured stevia drops (Coconut, Vanilla or English Toffee) but you don’t require these.

Protein slice has always been a favourite treat recipe for me. It’s calorie dense, so whilst on prep it’s not something I would ordinarily incorporate except as a “treat” or cheat meal item.
